Bar Supervisor

**JOB TITLE**:_Bar Supervisor - The Little Street Cellar_

**LOCATION**:_Congleton, Cheshire_

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:_As Bar Supervisor at The Little Street Cellar, your role will be leading service and day-to-day operation of the bar._

**MAIN DUTIES**:_We would expect Bar Supervisors to be confident and comfortable with:_
- Supervising a small team of Bar Staff and leading by example_
- Ensuring excellent customer experience and conveying our passion and enthusiasm_
- Dealing with any issues or complaints appropriately_
- Opening and closing the bar independently_
- Stock ordering and taking deliveries_
- Line Cleaning & Cellar Management_
- All drinks preparation & service_
- Actively driving sales and using efficient working practices to help minimise unnecessary costs_

**WORKING HOURS & PAY**:_Part-time position. £12.00-£13.44 per hour_

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
