**Our Role**:
Digital assets sit at the core of The White Company’s brand activities and are an integral component of the printed and digital channels. The Digital Asset Assistant will report into the Digital Asset Manager and support in the progression of images and video through our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to set timeframes.

Assist with the day-to-day management of imagery through the workflow, ensuring that the meta data is precise (submitted by Shoot Assistants), and that swatches are collated, to colour match lifestyle and e-com imagery. Assist with concession requirements, co-ordinating with shoot team to fulfil individual brand specifications.

Track and report to stakeholders the status of images relative to launch/publication dates.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Assist in the management of digital assets, from initial selects to print/site ready enriched images
- Liaise with the shoot team and third parties to ensure newly acquired assets are uploaded in line with critical paths
- Ensure supplied meta data is precise and accurately aligned to files
- Ensure image usage rights are set
- Traffic images according to critical paths and ensure adherence to the set budgets
- Develop and cultivate good working relationships with Shoot team, Designers and Art Directors
- Use fabric swatches and samples to colour match lifestyle and e-com images
- Respond to retouching requests at pace, track, and progress to completion
- Assist with e-com retouching and approve imagery for online use
- Regular housekeeping of the Digital Asset Management system files and folders
- Collate, edit, and distribute imagery to each concession partner
