The Performance team covers a wide range of areas within the trust. We’re responsible for ensuring that all patients are tracked and monitored against national cancer targets as well as facilitating the running of all MDT meetings that take place at the trust. We’re responsible for both internal and external performance reporting and have a small data quality team that looks to improve the clinical information inputted into our patient administration system. The team also covers emergency planning and is in charge or the incident control room when required. We work closely with the Data Insights and Data Engineering teams as well as the divisional and executive teams to provide quality information and reporting solutions at all levels. We’re predominantly hybrid working between home and our offices located on the main Withington site.
