Edison Pope are recruiting for experienced HLTA to work in a mainstream secondary school to start from September 2024

Experience working in a secondary school is essential as the role will include delivering lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.

Experience working with SEMH students is also required.

HLTA qualification is essential

**Main Duties**
- Create strong rapport with students and staff within a school setting.
- plan and deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4 working with class teachers to provide engaging lessons.
- Support pupils with Social, emotional and mental health difficulties, sensory and physical needs.
- Capable of aspiring pupils to achieve outstanding results.
- Help to create a safe striving learning environment.
- Attend CPD/ staff meetings.
