**Stephenson Halliday**, part of the **RSK Group**, is looking for an enthusiastic, capable, **Accounts Assistant** to undertake a range of Accounts and office duties within our busy **Landscape Architecture and Planning practice**. It is based on a** hybrid **working model nominally based in our **Kendal office**. The role is offered on a **full time,** **permanent** basis.

Stephenson Halliday (part of the RSK Group of companies) are currently supporting a number of high-profile organisations to deliver large-scale projects. We are a well-known and respected consultancy providing planning and landscape services across the UK, particularly in the Energy and Minerals and Waste sectors. Our team members provide services from a network of regional offices to provide advice down to the local level, collaborating with colleagues to function as a single planning team across the UK.

**Responsibilities**
- Matching, batching receipts for expenses, credit cards.
- Posting Expenses, Credit Cards and Purchase Ledger invoices using Sage 50.
- Posting Sub Contractor invoices onto projects (using Coretime, our timesheet entry system)
- Chasing Debtor invoices with customers & daily debtors to group.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Weekly Utilisation reports.

**Person specification**
- Accounts experience preferable, full training will be given.
- An AAT qualification would be desirable, will consider qualified by experience.
- Sage 50, capable of producing Accounts to trail balance would be advantageous.
- Full training will be provided.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated.

**Salary And Benefits**
- £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience
