Key Responsibilities:
Paperwork Management:
Accurately prepare, process, and maintain records for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with relevant regulations and company standards.
Customer Interaction:
Warehouse Management System (WMS):
Utilize the warehouse management system to track and manage inventory, shipments, and orders. Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Warehouse Duties:
Your responsibilities will include order picking, processing, off-loading, and stock replenishment.
Data Entry:
Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all warehouse activities.
Reporting:
Generate reports related to warehouse operations, inventory levels, and shipment status. Share reports with relevant stakeholders as required.
Quality Control:
Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet the company's standards. Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.
Safety and Compliance:
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related field is a plus. Strong computer skills and proficiency with warehouse management systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
