Paraplanner - Chartered Practice

At this Chartered firm you'll develop as a paraplanner (more on that in a second). But you'll also develop your relationship management skills.
You'll join the adviser (the firm's busiest) at client meetings. You'll contribute in those meetings. And you'll speak to your clients on a regular basis.
You'll still be a paraplanner, but you won't just be sat behind the scenes writing reports.
And when it comes to development you'll get new challenges all the time. This is a Chartered business with a very wealthy client base. You'll be working on complex planning cases that cover all areas of advice, pushing you all the time.
**And the rewards are tangible. You'll get a salary of up to £50,000, reviewed on an annual basis. There's a bonus scheme and matched pension contributions of 10% (20% in total).**That's without mentioning PMI, DIS and free gym membership. There's no hybrid working. The collaborative way the firm works makes that impossible.
**But to compensate you they've increased holidays to 30 days a year (plus bank holidays).
