Trainee Surveyor

Harvey, Donaldson and Gibson is of Scotland’s largest firms of Residential Surveyors undertaking Home Reports and Valuations throughout Scotland. Due to on-going growth, and with a desire to growth further, we are actively recruiting Trainee Surveyors to join our team in Elgin.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

- You will be expected to assist in the risk assessment of market suitable properties for secured lending purposes.
- You will assist in the provision of survey and valuation advice directly to the buying public via our Home Surveys operation.
- You will contribute to the provision of professional services advice to assist clients to make informed decisions on whether or not a property is suitable for purchase and mortgage purposes.
- Will meet the RICS minimum criteria of 1 year of relevant experience and a relevant bachelor’s degree, 2 years of relevant experience and a relevant higher/advanced/foundation qualification or 4 years of relevant experience (no qualifications required).
- Will demonstrate a customer service experience track record.
- Will have a methodical and professional approach towards the role.
