Private Client Solicitor, Bournemouth
This is a superb opportunity to join a leading firm in the south of England, an award winning firm who enjoy an excellent reputation generally.
You could be at solicitor, associate or senior associate level and you will be open to progression opportunities in the future such as aiming for partnership.
The firm are modern and attract a high net worth calibre of client and put themselves in that bracket where they will are known for that high level of quality matter.
The firm gain much of their business from the commercial clients they look after.
Ideally you will have trained and gained experience at a city or large regional firm and the firm are open to hearing from relocators who can demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Bournemouth area.
You should have upwards of 7 years PQE ideally and having STEP qualification would be viewed as advantageous.
You can expect to find a mix of work covering wills, probate, estate administration, tax and trust matters, deeds of variation, inheritance tax matters, capital gains tax, court of protection,lasting and enduring powers of attorney and deputyship matters,family asset protection and offshore matters.
