This high end client based in Ipswich are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team.

The Operations Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office on a day to day basis. This is a varied exciting role and we are looking for an individual who is competent but looking to learn more

**Duties**:

- Co-ordinate and update the daily schedules
- Co
- ordinate and schedule appointments and meetings and brief the team
- Manage phone calls and correspondence and ensure a professional high level of customer service is maintained at all times
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents using computerised systems when requested
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing, invoice checking and expense tracking
- Provide support to other team members as needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
