Courtenay Building Contractors Ltd are currently looking for an experienced, competent, qualified 1st and 2nd fix Carpenter/Foreman to join our team in carrying out works within Harlow and the surrounding areas.

This is a hands on role, carrying out general carpentry work associated with interior refurbishment, fit out projects in commercial and residential buildings.
- General day to day running of sites as required.
- Working along side multiple sub-contractors and direct labour on the site as necessary.
- Working in both occupied and unoccupied properties.
- Communicating with clients and third-party contractors.
- Liaising/reporting directly to the contract’s managers.
- At least 5 years UK based proven construction experience.
- Good Health & Safety knowledge and awareness.
- Valid CSCS Card
- Clean driver’s license.
- SSSTS/SMSTS qualification (desirable).

Essential trades: Carpentry and Joinery 1st & 2nd Fix

Work Hours - Mon to Fri 07:30 to 16:30 - Weekends as required.

All new employees will need a DBS clearance upon starting due to the nature of our clients.

Pay: £165.00-£180.00 per day

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
