Hseq Advisor

Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting one of the UK’s leading manufacturers based in Derby, as they look to add a HSEQ Advisor to their growing Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Conduct frequent HSEQ assessments within the company offices and warehouses
- Assist with site audits and write up reports
- Regularly keep up to date with all health and safety regulations
- Assist in the implementation of HSE systems crucial to safe operation of the business, in full adherence to the company compliance standards
- Produce regular compliance reports of findings
- Observe and investigate ongoing work practices and provide strategic advice and support to help continuous development of internal processes
- Adhere to ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards across all duties

**Skills & Experience**
- NEBOSH or IOSH (or equivalent) qualification preferred but not essential
- Passion and enthusiasm for development and improvement
- Demonstrate excellent communication and people skills on all executive and stakeholder levels
- Demonstrable experience in delivering improved HSE performance preferred but not essential
- Highly skilled in areas of risk assessments, auditing and method statements
- Previous experience of systems such as ISO9001, ISO45001 and ISO14001 beneficial but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
