**Hours: FT Average 40 hours per week, PT Various contracts available to support evenings, sleeps, weekends and school holidays**

**Contracts available: Full time and Part time permanent roles and bank positions**

We are looking for responsible, caring support workers to join our brilliant team at our Ofsted 'Good' rated children's home in Wellingborough as we prepare to open our second home nearby.

This is a great opportunity to start or continue your career in social care, working as part of a great team, committed to helping young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties. As a small company we have clear progression plans and want to support you with the development you need to become either a Senior Residential Care Worker, Deputy or Registered Manager.

Full training will be provided. You will either be already qualified or willing to work towards your Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

We have provided social care services to young people for over 20 years and pride ourselves on being able to work with a variety of clients as well as offering our staff an environment in which they can progress and achieve their career goals.

**Salary**: £22,636.76-£26,000.00 per month
