Shop Supervisor

**SHOP SUPERVISOR (EVENING & WEEKEND)**

**Duties & Responsibilities ;**
- To ensure effective stock management and stock control processes are carried out.
- Ensures store shelves are fully stacked.
- To maintain stock replenishment and ticketing standards to the highest level.
- Lead the store when the owner is not available.
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the front of the shop, including rearranging shelves, setting up displays and cleaning the store and products.
- Ensures Customer service staff are trained in using the cash register.
- Ensures money handling procedures are followed by all Customer service staff.
- Recruit and Train new staff and conduct induction.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Sets priorities and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Planning and preparing work schedules and assigning staff to specific duties.
- Ensuring promotions are precise and adhere to the business & standards.

**Annual Salary: £ 27000 (PER ANNUM)**

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work on flexible shifts including early morning, late evening and weekend.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- In-depth knowledge of stocked merchandise
- A confident, resourceful, and creative individual who can operate in a challenging environment.

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
