- Ardingly College is seeking to appoint two Sports Graduates to work across our main sports of Football, Cricket, Netball and Hockey. This role will support the Sports department from September 2023 for a fixed term period until August 2024 and involve coaching sport and promoting the general progress and well-being of individual pupils.
- Here at Ardingly we seek to develop our Sports Graduates into the highest quality coaches possible. With this in mind, there may be the opportunity to continue beyond the initial years' contract in an extended graduate position or as a coach. This would be at the discretion of the Director of Sport and as part of a wider review of opportunities within the department.

**Working hours**: 40 hours per week for 35 weeks per year (during term time, plus one additional week to assist with pre-season training)
- Salary: £16,482.38 inclusive of 4.2 weeks paid holiday (pay split equally of 12 months).
- Ardingly College is an independent co-educational boarding and day school for boys and girls aged 2 -18, a member of the HMC and a school of the Woodard Corporation.
