**Job Overview**:

- **Create digital products that are functional, easy to use, and visually appealing**:

- **Collaborating with UX designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and create user-friendly designs**:

- **Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite**:

- **Ensuring that designs are consistent with company brand standards and design guidelines**:

- **Conducting user research and testing to validate designs and make iterative improvements**:

- **Keeping up-to-date with design trends and new technologies**:

- **Presenting design solutions to stakeholders and incorporating feedback into final designs**

**Main Duties**
- **Must gain a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs, preferences, and behaviours**:

- **Aim to create user-centered designs that prioritize the user experience and focus on solving user problems**:

- **Strive to improving usability of products, ensuring that users can easily navigate and interact with the design**:

- **Create visually appealing designs that are aesthetically pleasing and engaging to users**:

- **Must ensure consistency across all design elements, from colours and typography to layout and functionality**:

- **Testing and iterating with users and iterate based on feedback to improve the overall user experience**:

- **Works closely with stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to ensure that design objectives align with business goals**

**What we are looking for**:

- **A degree in graphic design, visual communications, interaction design or a related field**:

- **Additional certifications in UX design or web development can also be an advantage/desirable**:

- **Strong proficiency in design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and InVision**:

- **The ability to think creatively and outside the box is essential in UX/UI design. Must be able to take complex information and turn it into a user-friendly design that is aesthetically pleasing**:

- **Must be able to identify problems with the user experience and develop solutions that meet user needs while aligning with the goals of the business**:

- **The ability to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams**:

- **Must be able to understand the needs and desires of the end-users and create designs that are user-centric and intuitive**:

- **Should be able to manage their time effectively to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work**:

- **A keen eye for detail is essential in UX/UI design**:

- **Ability to adapt to changing technologies and design trends is crucial in the field of UX/UI design**:

- **A strong portfolio of past work is a valuable asset, demonstrating their skills in the field
