Ashfield Engage have partnered with a client to recruit a Transparency Administrator. Our client is an innovative healthcare company dedicated to creating medicines to improve people's lives.
The primary objective of a Transparency Administrator is to operate our client's transparency systems to ensure all transparency reportable activity created and executed by business users, is contracted, paid and captured in the system, for assessment andvalidation before submission to the relevant regulatory authorities.
**Key Responsibilities (but not limited to) -**
**1. Effectively and efficiently supports the Affiliate Transparency Disclosure**:
- Follows the defined governance and processes in place for all relevant transparency requirements as per the SOPs and the defined role of the Transparency Teams. Depending on process this can include preparing documentation, processing payments, performingreconciliations in multiple systems, storing, and archiving relevant documentation (e.g., due diligence forms and contracts), reviewing draft engagements/services to ensure in line with company policy and provide feedback to users of Transparency related proceduresrelated to transfers of value
**2. Efficiently manages the delegated Transparency team workload under the guidance of the Transparency Manager**:
- Pro-actively supports colleagues as required ensuring that Transparency requests are given appropriate time and are prioritised where necessary to meet the needs of customers and the business
- Pro-actively finds solutions to time management issues
- Identifies and escalates risks and issues
**3. Maximising the E&C360 solution**
- Work closely with the Contract & Payments Administrators and provide backup system support
- Ensure relevant insight is captured within the tool for audit purposes
- Manage team shared mailbox

**4. Ways of Working**
- Ensuring compliance with national legislation and local guidelines in relation to transparency reporting
- Liaising with Patient Advocacy, Medical, Sales, Finance, Legal, Healthcare Compliance & Ethics & Business Integrity to facilitate effective execution
- Providing support and backup for colleagues within the Business Operations & Support team
**Essential Skills**
- Experience of working in an administrative environment or working in a related area to that of the department is desirable where close attention to detail is mandatory
- Resilience to handle competing requirements and prioritise effectively
- Ability to quickly adapt to using new and bespoke software, IT systems is essential
- Good numeracy skills critical as well as excellent spoken & written English
