We are looking for some more staff to grow with our team at The Haberdashery Bistro. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service in our establishment and are keen to find the right people to help us build our business to be even bigger and better than it has already become. As we are a new business, we need staff that are willing to go the extra mile and notice the little things that make a business special. Vigilance, enthusiasm and initiative are very important to us and will be rewarded for. We are very involved business owners meaning we see when our staff are thriving and it will not go unnoticed by us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and customer preferences. (Cocktail training is preferred but not necessary)
- Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance at all times.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is necessary.
- Knowledge of basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary terminology is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This job is minimum wage, however tips are included and there is a chance of a pay rise based on your performance in our establishment.

Part time and full time available. Must be available evenings and weekends.
