**Role Profile**

**Job Title**: Personal Assistant

**Reporting to**: CEO

**Department**:Administration Support Services

**Main Role**:With a calm and professional manner, you will act as the first point of contact to the company director therefore ensuring all correspondence and phone calls are dealt with to a high standard. You will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the director and senior management also showing an ability to being proactive when managing diaries/events.

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
- Organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Database management.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

**Knowledge/Skills**:

- Working knowledge of various Microsoft packages; Office 365, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Maintenance and upkeep of both electronic and paper-based filing systems.
- Minute taking.
- The ability to use your own initiative.
- Strong level of teamwork with colleague and other business leaders.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Tact and Discretion
- Confidentiality to a higher level.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in respect to all management/business activities.
- Provide broad PA and administration support, including meeting preparation, taking precise and accurate minutes and documentation.
- Proprietors meeting preparation, minute taking and distribution
- Call handling/telephone enquiries.
- Typing correspondence, documents and reports.
- To ensure all actions are logged, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.
- Organise and process expense claims for the CEO.
- Organise national and international travel and accommodation.
- General support to the team and help the business where it may be required.
- Liaising with other departments within the business on a day-to-day basis
- Collate and prepare Board Packs for Board meetings.
- Prepare and distribute Minutes taken at Board meetings ensuring action points are progressed.
- Plan, co-ordinate corporate events fundraising dinners, internal lunches/dinners and sporting events.
- Assist with research on tenders, proposals.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use.
- Proactive diary management for CEO.
- Time allocated to personal projects of CEO.
- Any other reasonable tasks or duties associated with the role.

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
