**Description**:
Sue Ross Legal are working with a regional law firm who are looking to recruit a Probate Fee Earner to join their Matlock based Private Client team.

You will be working with a well established law firm based in the beautiful surroundings of the Peak District with responsibilities including;
- Handling your own caseload of probate files
- Obtaining Grant of Probate
- Completing Inheritance Tax forms
- Administering client trusts and estates
- Distributing assets to beneficiaries

To be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience handling your own caseload of probate matters. You should possess excellent client care and communication skills along with the ability to organise and prioritise work loads.
