As an Occupational Therapist you will work to improve the occupational lives of men and women from diverse backgrounds who are challenged by a range of mental health conditions.
If so, join our team at Hillview Hospital which has recently been acquired by Elysium Healthcare and is on a transformational journey to make itan area-leading service.
Working 40.25 hours a week, you will have experience in managing a designated caseload, using theoretical knowledge and practical experience to assess service users' needs and to plan, implement and evaluate therapeutic interventions.
You will design and implement a therapeutic programme which focus on empowering recovery and independence through least restrictive practice. Opportunities for service users at Hillview Hospital include a range of work and vocational roles.
With a strong emphasis on teamwork, you'll receive support from a regional network of healthcare professionals and enjoy access to a variety of online and CPD training courses to support you in reaching your career goals.
**This role involves**:

- Completing assessments, planning sessions and implementing interventions.
- Evaluating outcomes aligned to care plans
- Supervise Activity Coordinator
- Implement and develop evidence-based therapeutic activities to support the care plans

**To be successful in this role**:

- Current HPC registration and BAOT membership
- Experience of working within a similar setting
