Specialist Cleaner

EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL DOMESTIC CLEANER

**The required client will live within close proximity to Sussex**

Rigford, a construction and property services company based in London and the South East are recruiting for a full time experienced cleaner to attend voids/empty properties to cover Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Since our startup we have been awarded consistent works in the social housing sector with clients which include local authorities, housing associations and many more.

CLEANS CAN BE ANYTHING FROM BASIC DEEP PROPERTY CLEANS TO MORE IN DEPTH CLEANS SUCH AS REMOVAL OF SHARPS (NEEDLES), ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANS AND CRIME SCENE/TRAUMA CLEAR UPS. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD BE EXTREMELY DESIRABLE

Organisational and communication skills are essential.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Driving License
- Cleaning experience
- Physically fit

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
