**Job description**:
Our client is currently recruiting for the position of Brownfield & IAC Package Lead, based in Aberdeen.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Project Leader with the effective project handover from One Tech to the companies to ensure seamless continuity between FEED and start of Detailed Design.
- Responsible for ensuring all assigned activities are undertaken in accordance with project Statement of Requirements (SOR), applicable Company rules and Group specifications unless stated otherwise in SOR, submit derogations with support from the company's TA's & SME's.
- Ensure the Brownfield and IAC Package scope objectives are defined and achieved in terms of planning, cost and risks working in partnership with OneTech and the company.
- Identify and support effective management of interfaces between Brownfield contractor, IAC Package Contractor and Company.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and OneTech, and seek assistance from wider the company business as required to expedite resolution of issues and/or remove blockers.
- Ensure decisions are made in full understanding of Asset integrity and Major Accident Hazard management, demonstrating to the wider business (is there any external stakeholders on this) that risks from major accident hazards are being managed.
- Contribute to effective risk management of assigned studies / project, including but not limited to HAZID, HAZOP and HIRA - Pro-actively managed all assigned risks.
- Ensure that the company QA/QC systems are used to assure project quality and supplier quality plans.
- Ensure compliance of deliverables with the company's project delivery process.
- Contribute to internal reporting (technical reports, portfolio management, budget tracking, etc ) and presentations to management to ensure key stakeholders are aware of the project progress including cost and schedule progress updates and manpower requirements against approved Budgets, highlighting key challenges and providing solutions to mitigate.

Experience & Qualifications:

- MSc or master's in engineering discipline and membership of relevant Professional Body (chartered engineer or equivalent).
- Formal Project Management Qualification and relevant track record in Project Management role or Package Lead role.
- Significant work experience.
- Extensive offshore experience covering a brownfield modification and subsea projects.
- Familiar with industry legislation and regulations relating to the oil and gas industry, with full understanding of legislation and regulations relating to subsea activities.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary and international team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
