**Position Overview**:
As a Construction Bid Writer, you will be responsible for preparing and writing high-quality, competitive bids for residential construction projects. This role involves collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information, understanding client requirements, and producing compelling proposals that highlight the company's strengths and capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bid Preparation and Writing**: Develop and write clear, persuasive, and technically accurate bids for construction projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
- **Research and Analysis**: Conduct thorough research on potential projects, clients, and competitors to inform bid strategies and enhance proposal content.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with project managers, estimators, engineers, and other team members to gather relevant information and insights necessary for bid development.
- **Review and Editing**: Review and edit bid documents for accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Ensure all submissions meet the highest quality standards and are free from errors.
- **Client Liaison**: Maintain effective communication with clients during the bid process to clarify requirements, answer questions, and provide additional information as needed.
- **Documentation Management**: Organize and maintain a comprehensive database of bid documents, templates, and other relevant materials to streamline future bid processes.
- **Deadline Management**: Ensure all bid submissions are completed and submitted on time, managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and client feedback to continuously improve the quality and competitiveness of our bids.

Pay: £50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Technical Writing: 2 years (preferred)
