We are currently looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our growing marketing team as a Junior Marketing Assistant.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the marketing team in the delivery of marketing campaigns and running of social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
- Become an active member of our creative meetings putting forward new campaign and design ideas.
- Engage customers and represent clients in a confident, professional and transparent manner across social platforms and campaigns
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations
- Handle queries and concerns
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
- Achieve company and client KPIs

**Required**:

- Experience of using Adobe products, Canva or other similar design software
- Experience with social media platforms
- Great attention to detail
- Well-organised, conscientious
- Self-motivated, able to work alone and in a team

**Location**: Edenbridge, TN8 6EN (Kent Office)

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edenbridge: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Adobe Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
