This main contractor is looking for a site manager/agent to support works to establish a new signalised roundabout in West Sussex for access into the new development site.

The works includes realignment of the existing A27 either side of the new roundabout and removal of the existing junction.

As a site manager some of your responsibilities and duties will be to:

- Ensure that all operations are planned to deliver a safe system of work.
- Ensure that all project operations are planned and executed in accordance with the requirements of the Business Manual
- Ensure that all sub-contractors are made aware of their responsibilities for the contract
- Produce and monitor a resource programme with costings.
- Understands, leads the control and monitoring of costs on the site.
- Demonstrates excellent man-management skills
- Train/develop their staff.
- Completes projects on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all staff and operatives are competent for the tasks and responsibilities given to them.

This job role is ready for immediate start and will be paying CIS.
