Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting for Receptionist or Administer, who can hit the ground running.

**Agenda for Change Pay Band: 3**

**Location: Melbourn, south-west of Cambridgeshire, England**

**Hourly Rate: £11.67 - £12.45 (Depending on Experience)**

**Duration: Immediate start until November 30, 2023 with the view to extend depending on the client needs**

**Hours per Week: 15 Hours (Varied times between 08:30 am to 5:30 pm - Ad hoc basis)**

**Training Essential: Microsoft/Teams**

**Skills Essential: Admin/Reception Skills, Organized, Good Time Management, Personable**

**This is a temporary position with an hourly pay structure, extending until the end of November 2023. While we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible, we are also open to accommodating a longer notice period if needed.**

**This role involves performing administrative and receptionist duties while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Greet visitors, clients, and employees as they enter and exit the building.**:

- **Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and recording.**:

- **Handle scanning, photocopying, printing, and other administrative tasks as required.**:

- **Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.**:

- **Assist with general administrative tasks to support the office.**

**Requirements**:

- **Admin/Secretarial course or relevant experience is desirable.**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Teams.**:

- **Excellent organizational and time management skills.**:

- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills.**
