Caretaker

Job Role: Caretaker

Location: Bessemer Court, Workington, CA14 3YS

Working hours: 3 hours per day, Monday - Friday

We are looking to recruit a caretaker to work within our industrial estate in Workington.

The caretaker will be the main point of contact on site between tenants and landlord.

**Duties**:

- Daily inspection of the communal areas to identify repair requirements, health and safety risks and ensure service standards are being maintained.
- Able to undertake minor repairs within the estate, as and when required
- Ensure the communal areas are kept clean and tidy at all time, landscaping
- Deal with any maintenance and cleaning problems identified within the estate
- Conduct viewings as agreed with the Asset Manager
- Maintain ongoing and good relationships with local occupiers

Experience working with people within caretaking, building or estates/ facilities management and experience in a similar role is preferred.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
