**Main Role Responsibilities**:

- Generating internal reports for management teams
- Assisting IT Manager in the management of the internal manufacturing portal and related systems
- Basic software installation and updates
- Identifying and diagnosing hardware & software errors and assisting IT Manager with the relevant resolutions.
- Assist in the management of the company’s product catalogue and amending parametrically where necessary.
- Work with the relevant departments to update costing parameters for both individual and grouped product listings through the internal manufacturing portal.
- Working with technical design drawings and cross referencing with the data implemented in the manufacturing portal.
- Managing and maintaining the company’s IT equipment across all sites
- Testing and evaluating new technologies and presenting new opportunities to the business as they arise
- Work closely with team members, offering support and assistance when possible
- General office management to ensure your workstation and paperwork are well maintained, organised and in good working order.
- Strong IT skills, particularly across Office platforms including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel,

PowerPoint, etc.
- An aptitude for learning new systems
- Experience with AutoCAD and 3D software such as Sketchup is advantageous
- Experience dealing with HTML, PHP and SQL is again advantageous, but non essential
- Coding experience, but non essential as this skillset can be taught as the employee develops.
- Previous experience within the KBB manufacturing industry is welcomed, although not essential
- High attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proactive and self motivated, willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Clear communication skills both verbally and non-verbally
- Ability to work individually and within a team dynamic
- A drive to execute high quality work.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bolton, BL4 7BG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
