**What’s the Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinatorrole and what are we looking for?**
If you have previous experience of working within Compliance or Health & Safety, within in a factory/manufacturing environments, we’d love to hear from you.
In addition, you will have experience of working across various IT programmes, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
The **Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator**will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to with build relationships with colleagues at all levels. Attention to detail, organized and a methodical approach is critical tothe success of this role.
**What we are looking for in our **Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator**;**
- Management representative for site Management Systems
- Ensure that activities are planned and designed to support the organisation's strategic vision and mission.
- Responsible for the management of company compliance, safety, health, wellbeing, environmental and energy improvement schemes.
- Management of procedures, controlled documents and records.
- Management of the site audit schedule and responsible for conducting internal confirmation audits.
- Adopt the Plan-Do-Check-Act methodology when conducting non-conformity, accident and incident investigations.
- Monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming legislation and ensure that systems and procedures are in place to meet legal compliance.
- Management of the site certificate and statutory training trackers required for ISO / legal compliance
- Monitor and measure compliance performance, across all Teams and Processes, using the relevant tools, systems and spreadsheets;
- Report any issues or potential issues which you find or are made aware of
- Contribute to the development and regular review of the Compliance Risk Assessment document;
- Undertake Internal Audits on a regular basis, covering Kingspan Controls, Processes and Procedures, to help identify deficiencies or opportunities for improvement
