**Role Information**
- This school is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN specialist Teaching Assistant (TA) to join their team. You will be working with specific pupils that require specialist one-to-one support to ensure that they are keeping on track and progressingacademically and also to run intervention groups.
- It is a highly varied role and is suitable for someone who is wanting a multi-faceted position, where they can utilise their skill set.
- You will have to be able to work with the teachers in planning and assessing pupils progression.
- This role will entail working closely alongside the class teacher and senior leadership team. You will be required to give feedback on the pupil's progression. You will need experience working with pupils with behavioural difficulties and have differentstrategies to put in place.
