Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new and exciting challenge?

Our reputable client based in Belper are looking to hire a CRM Administor to join their growing business.

**To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essentials**:

- Previous experience using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal commication skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Excellent attention to detail
- Works well under pressure

**Within this position, you'll be**:

- Completing general administrative tasks using Microsoft Office
- Maintaining data on the CRM system
- Raising technical issues and seeing them through to resolution
- Updating customer records and databases
- Scheduling and setting up training sessions
- Sending out CRM updates within the business
- Documenting CRM processes in the central library

**Salary & Working Hours**

Salary is £10.51 per hour

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am till 5pm and Friday 8.30am till 3.30pm

Hybrid working - 2/3 days working from home
