**TOC Operator**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Monitor all connected units and take evasive action to interrogate issues on Schindler and third-party equipment.
- Diagnose problems before they take the lift or escalator out of service; giving the customer an enhanced service experience and ensure their equipment stays in service, in turn reducing the amount of call backs they receive which will be a positive for Schindler moving forward
- Become a master trainer for all digital products which include Cube, CoLab, MediaScreen, AdScreen, SmartMirror and sensor kits for third party equipment
- Ensuring the connectivity of our lift systems to the backend systems (Schindler Ahead)
- Providing remote services for our lift systems
- Technical support of the service technicians using digital tools
- Commissioning and repair of emergency call, remote monitoring, and sensor systems, troubleshooting of connection and operating faults
- Early detection of wear and failure of lift systems using digital tools
- Supporting the further development of our digital tools and the introduction of new digital products and services
- Proven specialist knowledge of the lift industry
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ideally in a remote service environment
- Significant professional experience in a technical support function in the area of lift control, monitoring or emergency call is an advantage
- Prior experience of Cube and digital products is not essential but would be an advantage
- Positive self-starter, with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Motivated by results and strives to exceed expectations
- Ability to work in a team
- High customer and service orientation
