**What will you be doing as a HR Advisor?**
- Delivering day-to-day HR support for the growing workforce.
- Leading on recruitment for a wide range of requirements across the business
- Undertaking all non-recruitment and L&D activity including but not limited to payroll management, managing of emergent HR matters, and implementing a new HRIS system.
- Managing processes such as Discipline, Grievance, Sickness Absence, and Performance Management.
- Promoting employee engagement.

**What is required for the role of HR Advisor**:

- Ideally CIPD Level 5, or working towards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport and trust easily with managers and employees.
- Good working knowledge of HRIS systems.
- Highly organised, flexible, and able to work at pace.
- Robust, confident, and engaging manner
