**BRIEF OVERVIEW**

DSV are looking for a motivated, hardworking, and forward-thinking individual to join our Aerospace & Defence department as a supervisor, in our DSV Feltham location

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Work closely with the department to ensure workload is evenly distributed
- Running daily checks which will include:

- Checking billing queries and addressing with individuals
- Clearing shared export and import workflows for the team - following up as needed to ensure nothing is overlooked
- Working on month end financials, checking over losses, ensuring all WIPs are billed, seeing any areas for improvement from a cost perspective
- Supporting the manager with client visits and calls

**KEY REQUIRMENTS**
- Previous experience working with Air Freight
- Strong capabilities to multi-task under pressure
- Solid operational knowledge and understanding within CW1
- An eye for continuous improvements - open dialogue is encouraged.
- Ability to support the Operational Team whilst managing own workload
