**Baker**

We are an independent family run 4 AA Stars Hotel set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside.

We are currently seeking to recruit a **Baker **to join our busy pastry team, you will be responsible for preparing the fresh bread and pastries for our farm shop as well as assisting with pastry preparation for the day. Hours of work are expected to be daytime with early starts.

**Requirements/ Responsibilities for Baker**:

- Working with our executive chef, the baker will have full responsibility for the baked goods sold fresh in our farm shop each day as well as assisting with our afternoon tea prep.
- Good organisational skills are a must as well as good hygiene and the ability to meet deadlines.
