We are currently looking for a fish fryer to come and learn the Blue Lagoon way and to have a long lasting career with us. Because of this no prior experience is required. You will start to learn from day one:

- How we prepare and fry our potatoes
- How we prepare our fish for frying
- How we prepare batters
- How we prepare breaded fish
- And of course learning how to fry up our famous fish and chips for our customers
