A manufacturing business in Nuneaton, Warwickshire is looking for a Production Supervisor with previous experience in injection moulding and a manufacturing environment.. The role comes with a great salary and benefits package, and overtime is available and paid at premium rates.

The working hours for the job are a 3 shift rotation (6.00AM-14.00PM / 14.00PM-22.00PM / 22.00PM - 6.00AM).

As a Production Supervisor, you will supervise and lead a team of between 20-25 staff, troubleshoot the machinery and Injection Moulding Lines, including tools and ancillary equipment.

As a Production Supervisor, you will be required to:

- Plan the work schedule and assign staff onto certain machines, ensuring that tool change times are met
- Complete paperwork for your staff, including holiday requests, appraisals and disciplinaries where required
- Ensure the machines are operating to maximum efficiency
- Ensure that products meet the required customer specifications.
- Previous experience within Injection Moulding
- Happy doing a varied role that will include shop floor and office duties
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desirable:

- Certificates/Qualifications in Injection Moulding
- IOSH or NEBOSH Qualification
