BQP is the largest pig producer in the UK working with over 350 partnership farmers to supply high welfare, quality pork products to premium markets. Part of the Pilgrim's group, we are a totally integrated business and are proud of our ‘farm to fork’ approach. The Agricultural team based at Stradbroke in Suffolk is made up of our team of vets, fields staff, technical and support staff working together to ensure that our supply chain from beginning to end operates within the highest standards of welfare, quality and efficiency.

Your role will be to provide support and carry out administrative tasks across the pig production teams within the business which includes veterinary and pig production field staff within BQP. Responsibilities will include diary management, arranging and attending meetings to take minutes, collating data and information to produce reports, supporting the team on project work and being a key point of contact for the team in resolving day to day issues.

**What we are looking for**

You will be a collaborative team player with excellent attention to detail and accurate data input skills, proficient in the use of word, excel, power point and databases; experience of SAP would also be an advantage. You must also be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a good telephone manner and the ability to build strong business relations through exceptional customer service. You must be able to work unsupervised, be well organised and able to multi-task within this busy work environment. Having good time management skills with the ability to prioritise is also a must.
