Responsibilities:

- Keeping and maintaining shop presentation standards
- Taking and processing bets using our bespoke computer systems
- Interest in sports is good but don’t worry we provide full on the job training.
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Upsell additional products or services
- Maintain a clean and organized shop area
- Assist with resolving customer complaints
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or store policies

- Betting shops have a lively dynamic atmosphere - no two days ever feel the same. A great job for enhancing communication with strangers and learning risk management skills.Opening hours are normally between 9am - 9:30pm, Monday through Sunday. Shifts are on a rota basis and will change weekly, they will include day, evening, weekend working.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePart-time hours: 28 per weekSalary Starting: minimum wage+. Wage increases with experience.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Moira: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
