**RETROFIT ASSESSOR**

**Full-time, permanent position**

**Location: Field Based**

**Salary: TBC dependant on experience**

**Holiday: 23 days plus public holidays**

**Overview of the role**:
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently looking for a retrofit assessor to join our rapidly expanding, national team. The primary purpose of this role to conduct retrofit assessments to industry standards, alongside technically surveying measures for their validity and compliance.

**Main Duties & Responsibilites**:
As a retrofit assessor your key roles are to:

- Conduct retrofit assessments to an industry acceptable standard.
- Conduct technical surveys in a timely, accurate manner.
- Liaise with retrofit co-ordinators to ensure projects are compliant and viable.
- Accurately and neatly depict to scale floor plans of properties, always maintaining a consistent key.

**Required Skills/Experience/Qualifications**:

- Qualified Retrofit Assessor with certification (Essential)
- Full UK Driving License (Essential)
- Previous experience working with building fabric.
- The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Experience in technical surveying loft and cavity wall insulation
- Flexible, with a willingness to travel
