Our client stands as a global leader in construction and infrastructure technology that works with government authorities, asset owners, construction companies, and design offices to support their infrastructure projects.
They are seeking a Helpdesk Administrator on a permanent basis for their team based in Bury. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first line support and IT Ticket administration within the Service Desk, supporting users by phone, face to faceand through service desk system communications.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform basic triage of tickets routing those to correct departments / teams
- Monitoring ticket volumes and response times vs agreed SLA
- Analysing tickets and reporting any wider issues / trends
- Reporting ticket statistics / clear up rates / average fix times etc

**Key Skills**:

- Experience working in a service driven organisation - handling calls from individuals under pressure
- Strong administration skills
- Strong Microsoft Office experience
