We’re currently recruiting for a Full-time Transport Coordinator to join our team in **Magor **(NP26 3WN). You’ll be partnered with one of our impressive clients, ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on-site

You will be working 40 hours per week with any 5 from 7 shift pattern and start times including **06:00 - 14:00** OR **14:00 - 22:00**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Assisting in the compilation of weekly transport data
- Supporting the dedicated transport operation for the GXO Wilko network on the open book contract
- Assisting in the management and recording of driver hours
- Ensure that all drivers are pre-briefed and debriefed in conjunction with the relevant processes and that all paperwork is accurately completed and signed
- Allocation execution of the plan on Paragon and debrief KPI and business critical data captured
- Ensure all tachographs are downloaded in full at the beginning and end of each driver’s shift in accordance with legal compliance

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Competent user of the Microsoft Package
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
