Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Wedding Coordinator with a genuine passion for weddings and exceptional customer service.

Duties Include: -- Hosting viewings
- Respond to all initial enquiries, provide quotations and secure sales
- Conducting pre wedding planning meetings with couples and developing great relationships them
- Updating promptly and accurately the wedding files in regards to information updates, cancellations, etc
- Set up of the venue, including setting up tables, chairs, linens, centrepieces, table numbers, favours etc
- Working closely with Food & Beverage departments to handover accurate food choices, menus and special requirements
- Capturing photos and details of the weddings so we can post on social media
- Have experience in a similar role
- Be self-driven but also a keen team player
- Have excellent communication skills and be a problem solver
- Excellent attention to detail and prioritisation skills to manage a busy workload and conflicting tasks.
- Good computer skills
- Happy to work most weekends and public holidays
Own transport essential due to location
