Job Title: Head of Contract Recruitment

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Establishing and growing the contract recruitment activities within the company.
- Building and managing a high-performing contract recruitment team.
- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Completing recruitment tenders and proposals.
- Collaborating with the permanent recruitment team to provide a seamless service to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience working in professional recruitment, with a proven track record of developing contract recruitment desks and achieving strong billing performance.
- Experience completing recruitment tenders and proposals.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- A passion for sustainability and social responsibility.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience using recruitment technology, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn
