Labourer/yardman

Due to our continued success and growth, we are looking for a **Labourer/Yardman for our Ramsbottom depot.**

Our successful Labourer/Yardman will be working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm. You may also be required to work overtime on an ad-hoc basis.

**Responsibilities**:
Delivery and collection of equipment from various sites.

Company Vehicles to be checked for all levels and cleaned both internally and externally ready for duties.

Waste bins to be emptied and workshop area to be tidied, workshop floors to be kept clear to a satisfactory standard.

Yard to be cleaned and tidied of all scrap metals, hose, pallets etc to be separated and general cleanliness to be maintained.

Where skills permit, minor routine maintenance of premises, ie painting, repairs etc.

General forklift duties.

Assist workshop with fitting machines in vans.

General grounds maintenance.

Emptying vans for off hire, removing flooring/work/lights/accessories, fitting new pre-cut flooring.

Must have a driving licence, experience with towing trailers.

Any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

To be available to work overtime when required.
