Join us in this role where you’ll monitor, evaluate, and assess QHSE behaviour and performance of employees and contractors’ employees while reviewing risk assessments and method statements and providing feedback for further improvement. We offer a unique and varied role where you’ll use your experience to create an environment where QHSE becomes second nature for contractors and stakeholders, both onshore and offshore.

**You’ll play an important role in**:

- facilitation of regular QHSE meetings with the contractor and package representatives, ensuring early engagement, alignment, and a strong QHSE culture
- monitoring, evaluating, and assessing of contractors' QHSE behaviour and performance using our incident reporting tool, e.g., Synergi, for reporting, trend analysis, etc.
- conducting regular QHSE inspections using e.g., the Digital Inspection Tool (DIT) and report potential quality risks identified
- QHSE due diligence and readiness checks in relation to onshore and offshore activities
- participating and contributing to all relevant site and project QHSE meetings.
- carrying out routine investigations as per process.

**To succeed in the role, you**:

- have some work experience with QHSE, ideally from relevant fields of industry, i.e., construction, offshore, energy, and large infrastructure industries
- possess relevant academic or technical background, e.g., at GSC level or similar international qualification
- have completed NEBOSH General or NEBOSH Construction to certificate level, or similar recognized (Q)HSE qualification
- have a Global Wind Organization Standard Basic Safety Training (BST) and Oil & Gas UK medical certificate, incl. Chester step test, or equivalent, or have the ability to pass same
- are IT literate, incl. Microsoft Office package, and preferably knowledge of Synergi
- demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders on all levels.
