Pilates Instructor

**Position summary**

The Pilates Instructor will be responsible for providing Pilates training services utilising apparatus such as reformer, tower, barre, and mat, to the customers to maximise workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience, and improve their overall sense of wellbeing.

Pilates Instructors must attend team meetings and educational workshops if needed.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

To develop safe, professional, and comprehensive Pilates training programs, ensuring clients' satisfaction, and remaining motivated to attain their fitness goals.

Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use of equipment.

Conducts fitness consultations for new clients, including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs.

Promotes and sells Private and Group Pilates training programs.

Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client's plan.

Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio.

Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.

Position Requirements is for Wembley Park HQ for Weekends at the moment, with week days possibilities according to availability for this and upcoming studios.

Saturdays and Sundays from 9 to 1 (4 classes each day)

Comprehensive Pilates Certificate in renowned schools for Reformer, Barre & Mat.

**Salary**: £25.00-£35.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Pilates: 1 year (preferred)
