**The Company - Associate Recruitment Consultant**

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to join a tech start up within the heart of Leeds. You will be under the leadership of a successful recruiter who has built up his expertise at some of the biggest names in the technology market.

The business is built on transparency, and you will have full autonomy over what you do and how you work. The average fee size is £11k, and with the chance to take home 20% of every placement you make, the earning potential is huge

**The Benefits - Associate Recruitment Consultant**
- Competitive starting salary of £25k, rising to £30k once promoted to Senior Consultant
- £45k-£55k OTE in your first year
- Clear progression route seeing your first promotion after 4 months, and another within 9 months
- Strong commission structure seeing you take home 20% of all revenue you generate
