Due to continued expansion an exciting position has become available for an additional Finance Assistant

**Key Tasks**
- Process all invoices in line with agreed service level agreements
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Enhance controls in place for processes and suggest improvements
- Prepare control account reconciliations for purchase ledger
- Raise sales invoices daily
- Ensure customer accounts are fully reconciled and chase debt where required
- Liaise with customers regarding any disputed invoices
- Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve invoice queries
- Prepare weekly wages reports for External Payroll services Provider
- Filing of documents
- Process Utility Bill for different sites
- Raise Inter-company Invoices
- Occasional cover for reception

**Qualifications and skills**
- At least two years’ experience in accounting environment essential
- Good level of Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of CIS is advantageous
- Data Input Skills
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
- AAT Qualified or Studier

**Salary**: negotiable depending on experience

**Start Date : As soon as possible**
